Shipentegra kullandığın için kargo politikanı oldukça profesyonel ve güven verici bir hale getirebiliriz. Shipentegra'nın arkasındaki FedEx, UPS ve DHL gücünü vurgulamak, global müşterinin "Ürünüm gelir mi?" korkusunu anında yok eder.

Shipping Policy

At Oiki, we strive to deliver our natural and bohemian creations to you in the fastest and safest way possible. We partner with world-class logistics experts to ensure your journey with us is seamless from checkout to delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use Express Shipping for all international orders through our partner Shipentegra, utilizing premium carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

  • Domestic (Turkey): 2-5 business days via local carriers.

  • USA & Canada: 3-5 business days (Express).

  • Europe: 2-4 business days (Express).

  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 5-7 business days (Express).

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes or seasonal high volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the carrier’s website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Oiki is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Oiki is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order damaged, please:

  1. Document the damage with photos immediately.

  2. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
